Senior Financial Analyst and Reporting Expert | Job

Group Technology Services (GTS) plans, builds and runs the global infrastructure of Euroclear, and is additionally responsible for the IT service management to the operating entities of the various Group markets. Group Technology Services operates its IT systems and IT services in such a way that, at an appropriate and benchmarked cost level, it can deliver the agreed levels of service to support the requirements of the business processes, for both normal operations and during disaster recovery.

La fonction :

In this Financial Analysis & Forecasting function, you will support GTS division in managing and optimizing the cost of its services and facilitate strategic decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial data on different technology initiatives.

• You will be taking on the responsibility of the GTS Cost Transparency model. You will be ensuring its maintenance and adapting it to align with our strategic technology evolutions, such as Openshift and our Cloud journey
• You will build a strong relationship with GTS service owners, helping them gain a clear and comprehensive understanding of the TCO of their services and optimize it
• You will provide visibility into spending patterns and identifying areas where costs can be reduced
• You will facilitate strategic decision-making by assessing the impact of epics/projects on the cost of GTS running services and ensuring entities understand how it will impact their invoice
• You will support the IT Chargeback process by providing a clear view of the total cost of ownership (TCO) for applications and services, helping to align GTS spending with business objectives
• You will actively contribute to the DCM financial business case and value card delivery, ensuring impact on GTS running costs (both labor and infrastructure) is correctly assessed, budgeted and monitored. You will help entities understand the impact on their invoice evolution
• You will assess the impact of big contracts on the TCO of GTS services and entities invoice
• You will liaise with Finance, TMS and Supply Chain on transversal topics
• You will participate in the dynamic of the team and motivate people to bring quality deliverables
This role is crucial for bridging the gap between technology and business, ensuring that technology initiatives drive business success.

Votre profil :

Requirements:
• You possess an extensive Finance background, with substantial experience in Finance-related roles supporting business units, particularly within an IT context
• You demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• You have in-depth expertise in Apptio Cost Transparency, utilizing it to optimise financial management and cost transparency
• You have proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships across the company, particularly with IT Financial Management stakeholders, including Product Owners, Platform and Service Cost Owners, Tribe Leads, Finance, and Business representatives
• You apply your advanced business and technical acumen to devise innovative solutions that address complex challenges
• A comprehensive understanding of infrastructure cost structures is a plus.
