Senior Manager Program and Project Management Banking - FS | Job

La fonction :

Roles & Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Manager you will take charge of one or more projects in the banking / FS sector. Relying on your experience in managing programs or projects, applying traditional delivery approaches, Agile scaling methods or a mix of both you will advise on improvements in client delivery environment or lead multi-disciplinary teams towards a successful completion of programs/ projects.
• You will engage with C-level executives in conversations as to how the program or project that you manage executes upon.
• You will engage with c-level in project portfolio priority settings’ discussions.
• You follow market developments and you translate this into appropriate services. Both internally and externally you will be seen as the expert in the field of project, program and portfolio management.
• You will be develop our services around project, program and portoflio Management (Agile + Waterfall).
• You will support and coach junior colleagues.

Votre profil :

Skills & Qualifications:

• You have a Master’s degree preferably in economics, informatics or engineering.
• You have minimum 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in project, program and portfolio management where you performed in driving role(s).
• You have in depth experience in the banking sector and have managed large programs or transformation projects.
• Experience in compliance (KYC & AML) and compliance remediation’s projects is a plus.
• You have a good understanding of financial management of projects, programs and portfolios and have been involved in designing and tracking complex cases with multiple streams (processes, technology, policies, outsourcing…).
• You have an advanced understanding or traditional/ waterfall delivery techniques, Agile delivery methods and know how to combine them.
• You have excellent consultancy skills to establish credibility at client level and build problem-solving patnerships.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at various levels in business and IT organisations.
• You have the ability to work independently, as well as in project teams.
• Having one or more certifications in project, program and portfolio management (e.g. PMI, Prince2, PMP, SCRUM, SAFe or other) is a must.
• You are fluent in English and in either Dutch or French.
