We are seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Depositary Funds Oversight team. This role is located in Luxembourg and it is hybrid - 3 days per week working in the office.

• In this role, you will spearhead the implementation of enhancements in depositary operations.
• Identify and document enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure that projects are completed in alignment with our needs and regulatory standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for depositary requirements at the EMEA level.
• Improve assessment methods and tools used to perform our depositary duties.
• Be responsible for providing updates on project statuses and resource allocation to both the team and management, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Be able to work on depositary oversight duties, when required.

Requisiti :

To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 4-5 years of work experience at a Depositary, Management Company/AIFM, Fund Administrator or an Audit Firm is expected but not required
• Strong experience in project management and implementation of enhancements
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices (e.g., AIFMD and UCITS V Regulations)
• Experience in investment restrictions monitoring is a strong plus
• Experience of UCITS and Alternative Funds
• Fluent English skills (verbally and written)
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to plan effectively, with strong deadline orientation
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of software such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Xceptor would be seen as a strong asset
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of MS Office VBA would be an asset
• Process Improvement experiences/ LEAN skills e.g. to design/establish new detailed processes, documentation skills, e.g. procedures/manual
• Ability to identify logical and innovative solutions to complex problems;
• Self-motivated, innovative and analytical;
• Possess good understanding of data migration, testing and reconciliations.
